Cynthiana, also known as Norton, returns to Hightower Creek Vineyards after a long hiatus. Aged 2 years in a combination of French and American oak barrels, this robust wine has notes of dark fruit, plum, and tobacco. Pairs well with roasted meats and sharp cheeses.

The return of our popular blush. Made from our estate-grown Catawba grapes. This earth and musky aroma, or “foxy” blush has a semi-dry taste and pairs marvelously with barbecue and picnic foods.
